| Why does the game say "The server does not respond" when I try to log in? |
You are probably sitting behind a "firewall". It's a safety measure that protects your computer from unauthorized access. Among other things, it limits the communication with the outside world to a few standard channels -- and the PHILIPPINE POKER TOUR client-server solution is apparently not on the approved list.
Please try configuring the firewall to accept traffic on our game ports. Please contact us if you need more information. |

| What should I do if I am behind a firewall? |
| If you are behind a firewall, you will have to configure the firewall to allow communications on the following ports that PHILIPPINE POKER TOUR uses: 4711 and 4712. |

| The login page does not appear on the screen after clicking on the “Login” button. |
Please check the setup of your browser as follows.
If you are using Internet Explorer
(Using the menu at the top of the Internet Explorer),
1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab, and then click the security zone "Trusted Sites"
3. Click Sites. The Trusted Sites window opens.
4. In the "Add this Web site to the zone" box, type in the Web address (https://secure.PHILIPPINE POKER TOUR.com/).
5. Click "Add" button.
6. Click "OK" button. The Trusted Sites window closes.
7. Click "OK" button in the Internet Options window. |

In case you cannot receive our email, please follow the following steps.
1. Go to W3D Homepage and click "My Account".
2. Login the account.
3. If you haven't activated your account yet, you are redirected to the pages that asking you to enter activation code. Click "Click here to change email address."
4 Please enter the new email address.
5. When your email address is changed successfully, your activation code will be sent to your new email address.

| How to Register in a Tournament |
1. Go to the game client and login your account with your username and password.
2. Click on the Real Money Option.
3. Go to the Holdem Tournament Tabs and click for you to view the tournaments.
4. There you will see the list of the Tournament events that is either currently running, registering or to be announced status.
5. Double click on the preferred Tournament event to view the details and information regarding the said Tournament such as time left to register, closing time for registering, tournament starting time, prizes, number of registered players.
6. For you to enter the specified Tournament, click on the Register button and check your name on the right side window. |

| How to check/view Ticket or Bonuses information. |
To view the ticket or bonus information,
1. Login to your game client with username and password.
2. Go to the Account option found in the upper part of the game lobby.
3. A drop down option will appear (bonuses & tickets).
4. Click on Tickets option to view your tickets won.
5. Double click on the Ticket to view the information such as issued date, expiration date, where to use, and description tournament.
6. Also double clicking of the ticket will register you automatically for the coming tournament that is stated on the ticket.
7. For the bonuses, just click on the Accounts and choose Bonuses for you to check your current Bonus standing, expiration date how much rake points you have accumulated and how much you still have to earn. |

| What if tyou want to cancel your Sit & Go games? |
| You can cancel Sit & Go game that you are perticipating due to the lack of any opponent just by closing the table window. Consequently, your registered funds will be credited back to your account. |

| How to resize the Screen/Table Window. |
| If you wish to resize your screen window, go to Options found on the upper part of the game lobby. Click on Game settings. Click on Never on the USE LARGE TABLE WINDOWS if you wish to have smaller screen on all your tables. Select Single table Only if you wish to have your first table to be a larger screen and the rest is smaller. Select Always to have all your screen windows in large. |

| What is P2P? |
P2P is a player to player transfer of funds.
For you to transfer some of your funds to other player, login on your account on our website and choose Transfer to Player option.
Fill in the required information of the recipients such as username, full name and the amount to be transferred. This request will be on pending status on the system.
This transaction is instant however delays may occur as our concerned department is processing this transaction manually.
NOTE:if you made a deposit via credit card within 6 months, you are not allowed to make a money transfer to another player. Please contact support for clearance.

| What is Rake? |
Rake, by definition, is "an amount of money taken out of every pot by the dealer. This is the cardroom's income." As you can see, rake in in another word, "fee."
In PHILIPPINE POKER TOUR, we only take 4% of the pot size, up to a maximum of $3. Therefore, how many points you can earn on a game is depend on how much percentage of your money in that rake. So, you can earn more points when you add more chip in the pot. |

| What is Restricted money? |
Restricted money means, you can not withdraw the money without having met the rake hand.
All the money you won from the free roll will deposit directly on your restricted balance. |

| How can I unlocked my Restricted money? |
| You need to meet the required rake hand points so that your restricted money will be transferred to your available funds automatically. |

| Why my winnings in real cash tables are still restricted? |
| You still have to earn your rake hand requirement that is why your winnings are still on restricted. Even you lost freeroll winnings (restricted money), required rake hand is never redeemed from your account, and you still need to continue to clear the required rake hand points. |

| Where and how can I earn rake points for my restricted money? |
| You may play your restricted winnings on the designated real money raked tables which is Texas Hold'em ONLY (excluding tournaments: freerolls, buy-in tournaments, sit&go's) in order for you to earn your required rake points. |

| How is the rake requirement applies for restricted money? |
Rake requirement applies to winnings. $0.05 will be released every raked hand. Every hand you put $0.5 into pot will be counted as a raked hand |

| What is Blind? |
Blinds are amounts that are automatically deducted from your amount BEFORE the game starts each round to always keep money in the pot whether you decide to play or not. This is why it's called a BLIND. You BLINDLY put money out before you even see your cards or decide to play your cards. If there were no blinds there would never be any money in the pot to win if everybody decided to fold and not play.
5 minute blind is a special setting which, for example, the blind starts off at $10/$20 then after the first 5 minutes of the game it will increase to $20/$40 and keep going up every 5 minutes. |

| What if the player has experienced blacked out screen while playing in the Tournament? |
If you still have enough money for the current tourney, leave current table or the blacked out screen by closing the table window (or the error window).
Join again by clicking your name on the registered player displayed at the tournament window. Click on the Go To option to access your table.
We recommend you to modify your GAME SETTINGS for preventing this error again.
You can find the GAME SETTINGS by clicking the SETTINGS under the OPTION button on the upper part of the screen at the game client lobby.
When a new window pops up,set the SHOW 3D CHARACTERS on NEVER mode and the USE LARGE TABLE WINDOWS to NEVER mode.
Check your PC specification and update your video graphic card to ensure the PHILIPPINE POKER TOUR software can run smoothly.
