To cash out: Log on to your account and choose "Cash Out" in the Cashier.

Note: There is no way to pay out your money through credit cards.

Your money will be paid out when the PHILIPPINE POKER TOUR staff has approved your cash out request. This is usually done within different cash-out processing days.

For your safety and security purposes, we will require valid documents to be fax or e-mailed to us for verification in order for World3Dpoker to make sure that the balance to be withdrawn will go to the right person. (for one time only)

We will be requiring the following documents:

1. Valid ID with a photo and with registered address e.g.: Passport, Driver's license etc.
   (If your ID does not have registered address you can send your latest Billing Statement with your registered address for additional documents)

If you have deposited with a credit card or from NETEL, you are required to send following three documents for security purposes.

1. Your valid photo ID with your current address.
2. A photocopy of your credit card which you used for making deposit (front and back)
3. A list of your credit card deposit (that we will send it in a separate email) with your signature

If after a week we have not received legible faxes, our policy is to return the funds to the player's account balance.
